Evie had her 6 month today - they gave her shots for her six month and went ahead and gave her the 9 month old shots too. Needless to say - toady has been all about tylenol! Evie weighed 17 lbs. and she is 27 inches long! Everything is good and we got the go ahead to get stage 2 food. Evie is drinking lots of water our pediatrician wants her to be completely done with the bottle in a few months - she wants Evie to either be drinking from a sippie cup or a cup with a straw. We have tried the sippie cup - she can hold it and drink from it - but because she is teething she wants to chew on the sippie part instead of drinking. Maybe we will just try a cup and straw! We'll post pictures soon of her trying this out.
We are leaving for the beach tomorrow so we will post pictures when we get back in a week of her first trip to the beach! YEAH! ohhh...and for those moms who have to use the swimmers diaper - Target now has a little bikini bathing suit where the bottoms have a built in cloth diaper - so you just have to rinse it out each day - it's a lot cheaper than having to buy those swim diapers they are so expensive and this little suit is only like 5 bucks. ....
